De band wordt geprezen om zijn unieke geluid waarin traditionele muziek en moderne elementen op spannende manieren met elkaar worden verweven. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Pyrolysis heeft een clip uitgebracht bij het nummer &#8220;The Pilgrim&#8221;. In de video speelt Andr\u00e9 Broens de hoofdrol als pelgrim Niel. De naam is ontstaan uit de volgende regel uit de songtekst: \u201ckneel before the ocean\u201d. Denk aan de stenen, de vioolkoffer en natuurlijk de volledige afwezigheid van andere mensen. De pelgrim passeert lege huizen, grote, trotste bomen, maar ook dode exemplaren. Hij loopt moeizaam, door het mulle zand van de oneindige duinen, zo de avond in. Daar bereikt hij zijn bestemming; een majestueuze kustlijn met uitzicht op een uitgestrekte oceaan. Als een overwinnaar kijkt hij terug op de reis van het leven. Het nummer vertelt het verhaal van een uitgeputte, eenzame reiziger. Het geheel is allemaal meesterlijk gepresenteerd in prachtige beelden die de boodschap nog duidelijker overbrengen dan woorden ooit zouden kunnen. Door al deze middelen samen te gebruiken heeft Pyrolysis een ongelooflijk ontroerend en inspirerend kunstwerk gemaakt, dat niet alleen visueel en muzikaal, maar ook esthetisch slaagt, waardoor het
